All session bookings are made via an initial phone interview or you can contact us via email.
Please ensure that you have read sessions/ prices and can offer a time/ date you would like to book a session. Allow at least 24 hours notice for bookings over email, our team will endeavour to respond within 24 hours.
Please Note: Often our team are in sessions and unable to come to the phone, so please leave a detailed message and someone will be in touch as soon as possible.
